Grafton home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Grafton fell by $85,101 while total sales increased by 640%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $202,399 - a 29.6% decrease over the $287,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Grafton in the second quarter of 2018.
