LaGrange home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in LaGrange rose by $4,050 while total sales decreased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 2.3% increase over the $175,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in LaGrange in the first quarter of 2018.
