North Ridgeville home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in North Ridgeville rose by $10,500 while total sales decreased by 31.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 154 homes sold, with a median sale price of $178,500 - a 6.3% increase over the $168,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 225 homes sold in North Ridgeville in the third quarter of 2017.
