North Ridgeville home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in North Ridgeville fell by $5,050 while total sales decreased by 88.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,950 - a 2.9% decrease over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 225 homes sold in North Ridgeville in the second quarter of 2017.
