Grafton home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Grafton rose by $129,200 while total sales decreased by 88.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $287,500 - a 81.6% increase over the $158,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Grafton in the second quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Grafton for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,904, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
