Columbia Station home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Columbia Station rose by $12,925 while total sales increased by 73.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,700 - a 8.5% increase over the $152,775 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Columbia Station in the fourth quarter of 2016.
