North Ridgeville home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in North Ridgeville rose by $19,500 while total sales increased by 33%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 153 homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,000 - a 12.4% increase over the $157,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 115 homes sold in North Ridgeville in the fourth quarter of 2016.
