Seven Mile home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Seven Mile fell by $37,000 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 29.1% decrease over the $127,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Seven Mile in the first quarter of 2016.
