Morrow home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Morrow rose by $10,050 while total sales decreased by 2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,000 - a 5.8% increase over the $172,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Morrow in the first quarter of 2016.
