Willoughby home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Willoughby rose by $13,000 while total sales increased by 4.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 99 homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,000 - a 10.7% increase over the $121,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 95 homes sold in Willoughby in the fourth quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Willoughby for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,736, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2017.
