North Perry home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in North Perry rose by $3,350 while total sales decreased by 4.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,000 - a 2% increase over the $168,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in North Perry in the fourth quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in North Perry for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,923, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2017.
