Timberlake home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Timberlake fell by $8,200 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,100 - a 7.9% decrease over the $104,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Timberlake in the second quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Timberlake for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,281, approximately 4.5% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2017.
