Grand River home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Grand River rose by $2,100 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,800 - a 1.6% increase over the $130,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Grand River in the second quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Grand River for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,701, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2017.
