Willoughby Hills home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Willoughby Hills rose by $13,600 while total sales decreased by 3.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $197,500 - a 7.4% increase over the $183,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Willoughby Hills in the second quarter of 2016.
