Eastlake home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Eastlake fell by $10,500 while total sales decreased by 8.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000 - a 12.3% decrease over the $85,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Eastlake in the first quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Eastlake for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,209, approximately 4.3% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2017.
