Willoughby Hills home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Willoughby Hills fell by $18,500 while total sales increased by 64.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 9.1% decrease over the $203,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Willoughby Hills in the first quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Willoughby Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $5,519, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2017.
