South Euclid home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in South Euclid fell by $1,000 while total sales increased by 31.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 217 homes sold, with a median sale price of $64,000 - a 1.5% decrease over the $65,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 165 homes sold in South Euclid in the first half of 2016.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 5.1% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2017.
