Cleveland Heights home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Cleveland Heights rose by $14,171 while total sales increased by 19.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 337 homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,400 - a 18.1% increase over the $78,229 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 283 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in the first half of 2016.

The median sales tax in Cleveland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,983, approximately 5.4% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2017.
