Richmond Heights home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Richmond Heights rose by $44,275 while total sales decreased by 8.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $121,675 - a 57.2% increase over the $77,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in Richmond Heights in the first half of 2016.
