Valley View home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Valley View rose by $39,900 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,900 - a 18.1% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Valley View in the first half of 2016.
