Arlington Heights home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Arlington Heights fell by $52,525 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $39,851 - a 56.9% decrease over the $92,375 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Arlington Heights in the first half of 2018.
