North Bend home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in North Bend fell by $52,250 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $42,750 - a 55% decrease over the $95,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in North Bend in the first half of 2018.
