St. Bernard home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in St. Bernard rose by $13,250 while total sales decreased by 23.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,000 - a 18.5% increase over the $71,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in St. Bernard in the first half of 2018.
