North College Hill home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in North College Hill fell by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 11%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $70,000 - a 9.1% decrease over the $77,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in North College Hill in the first half of 2018.
