Cheviot home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Cheviot fell by $6,500 while total sales decreased by 31.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,000 - a 6.3% decrease over the $102,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Cheviot in the first half of 2018.
