Mount Healthy Heights home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Mount Healthy Heights fell by $8,000 while total sales increased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $117,000 - a 6.4% decrease over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in the first half of 2018.
