Dent home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Dent fell by $1,250 while total sales decreased by 25.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $121,000 - a 1% decrease over the $122,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 86 homes sold in Dent in the first half of 2018.
