Springfield Township home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Springfield Township rose by $7,550 while total sales decreased by 22.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 169 homes sold, with a median sale price of $117,500 - a 6.9% increase over the $109,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 218 homes sold in Springfield Township in the first half of 2018.
