Finneytown home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Finneytown fell by $1,850 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 1.5% decrease over the $126,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Finneytown in the first half of 2018.
