Springdale home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Springdale fell by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 12.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 2% decrease over the $127,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in Springdale in the first half of 2018.
