Groesbeck home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Groesbeck rose by $2,500 while total sales increased by 28.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,000 - a 1.9% increase over the $134,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Groesbeck in the first half of 2018.
