Reading home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Reading rose by $16,431 while total sales decreased by 9.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,000 - a 13.5% increase over the $121,569 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Reading in the first half of 2018.
