Monfort Heights East home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Monfort Heights East fell by $5,100 while total sales decreased by 51.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,000 - a 3.4% decrease over the $149,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Monfort Heights East in the first half of 2018.
