Greenhills home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Greenhills rose by $20,850 while total sales increased by 3.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,250 - a 16.9% increase over the $123,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Greenhills in the first half of 2018.
