Dillonvale home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Dillonvale fell by $12,150 while total sales decreased by 36%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,750 - a 7.4% decrease over the $164,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Dillonvale in the first half of 2018.
