Monfort Heights South home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Monfort Heights South fell by $18,900 while total sales decreased by 34.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 10.9% decrease over the $173,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Monfort Heights South in the first half of 2018.
