Blue Ash home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Blue Ash fell by $13,400 while total sales decreased by 9.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 73 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 5.6% decrease over the $238,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 81 homes sold in Blue Ash in the first half of 2018.
