Anderson Township home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Anderson Township rose by $2,250 while total sales decreased by 8.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 266 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 1% increase over the $227,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 292 homes sold in Anderson Township in the first half of 2018.
