Madeira home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Madeira fell by $27,950 while total sales decreased by 19.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $298,000 - a 8.6% decrease over the $325,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 76 homes sold in Madeira in the first half of 2018.
