Amberley Village home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Amberley Village fell by $41,069 while total sales decreased by 55.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $254,431 - a 13.9% decrease over the $295,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Amberley Village in the first half of 2018.
