Wyoming home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Wyoming fell by $38,500 while total sales decreased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $309,500 - a 11.1% decrease over the $348,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Wyoming in the first half of 2018.
