Terrace Park home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Terrace Park rose by $90,500 while total sales decreased by 31.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $517,750 - a 21.2% increase over the $427,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Terrace Park in the first half of 2018.
