Indian Hill home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Indian Hill fell by $210,500 while total sales decreased by 28.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $882,000 - a 19.3% decrease over the $1,092,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Indian Hill in the first half of 2018.
