Lincoln Heights home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Lincoln Heights fell by $8,350 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $16,400 - a 33.7% decrease over the $24,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Lincoln Heights in the second half of 2017.
