Lockland home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Lockland fell by $11,699 while total sales increased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $40,000 - a 22.6% decrease over the $51,699 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Lockland in the second half of 2017.
