Arlington Heights home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Arlington Heights rose by $17,000 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $54,000 - a 45.9% increase over the $37,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Arlington Heights in the second half of 2017.
