Woodlawn home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Woodlawn rose by $42,310 while total sales decreased by 43.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,000 - a 101.5% increase over the $41,690 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Woodlawn in the second half of 2017.
