Mount Healthy Heights home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Mount Healthy Heights fell by $9,950 while total sales decreased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,000 - a 10.1% decrease over the $98,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in the second half of 2017.
