Mount Healthy home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Mount Healthy rose by $38,000 while total sales increased by 4.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $99,900 - a 61.4% increase over the $61,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Mount Healthy in the second half of 2017.
