North Bend home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in North Bend rose by $31,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $103,000 - a 44.1% increase over the $71,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in North Bend in the second half of 2017.
